The Transition and Placement Programme supports Camden’s youth aged 13–24 by offering tailored guidance to help them overcome socio-economic barriers and navigate early career steps. Delivered by The Apex Project in partnership with the Young Camden Foundation, participants can expect a goal-driven experience featuring practical work experience placements, targeted advice for enrolling in courses or securing employment, and hands-on guidance for launching a new business. By tailoring support to individual needs, the initiative equips young people with the essential tools, skills, and confidence to transition successfully into higher education, entrepreneurship, or the job market.
