Engaging Talent
Our mission is to identify career routeways and expose the youth of today to the many possibilities their talent can benefit from. Although there is an increase in exposure of career pathways there is a clear breakdown in information and support available for young people to enter these careers. Through our various routeways we aim to close that gap by delivering short courses, workshops and opportunities that expose participants to the skills required to succeed as well as industry specific people who can provide real life experiences. We are in a time where non traditional careers are at an all time high, however opportunities and access is limited for youth from urban environments. Traditional forms of engagement need to be revamped for the latest generation and we believe the skills and experiences shared amongst our organisation can reach, support and motivate all of those we encounter.
